privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Until Phail collects when you visit untilphail.com or place an order, why we collect it, and who we share it with. Until Phail is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

what we collect

  • Order details. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and what you ordered.
  • Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages. Anything you send us by email or Instagram.
  • Technical information. Your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, recorded in standard server logs and cookies.

how we use it

  • To process, print, and ship your order, and to send you order and shipping updates
  • To answer your questions and handle returns or replacements
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them.

who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Tapstitch, our print-on-demand partner, receives your name, shipping address, and order contents so they can make and ship your order.
  • WooPayments (powered by Stripe), and Apple Pay or Google Pay if you choose them, process your payment.
  • Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your parcel.
  • Hostinger hosts this website and our email.

Some of these services store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States and other countries, where it is subject to local laws.

cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the store to work: they remember what is in your cart, keep you signed in if you have an account, and help us understand how an order reached us. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work properly without them.

how long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for customer service, accounting, and tax purposes. If you create an account, we keep your account details until you ask us to delete them.

your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as PIPEDA and PIPA in Canada, the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California. To make a request, email hello@untilphail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
