These terms apply when you use untilphail.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

who we are

Until Phail™ is an independent clothing brand based in British Columbia, Canada. You can reach us at hello@untilphail.com.

orders

Every piece is printed to order. Your order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change before you order, but not after. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

shipping

Rates and delivery times are on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates. Customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

returns

Our policy is on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

products

Each piece is made individually, so colour, wash and print placement can vary slightly from the photos. Screens also show colour differently.

our designs

The Until Phail name, logo, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to us. Please don’t copy, reproduce or sell them without written permission.

using this site

Please don’t misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.

privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there.

changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
